Jim Hilton (Owner Hilton Drapery) started off installing mini-blinds back in 1984 as an assistant to Dean H. one of the top installers
in the San Diego area at the time. Dean decided to retire and many of his accounts fell into the lap of Jim. He never looked back.
Jim started off as Chic Interiors in 1985 in the Rancho Penasquitos area of San Diego. Where he did installations for some of the
top firms in the area as well as his own retail business. Then installed for the Ethan Allen Gallery then located in Escondido, Ca. for
the next 4 years. He then started Hilton Drapery Company in the 90's in Menifee (Sun City) Ca. Where he still resides to this day.
Hilton Drapery also owns a small warehouse and manufacturing space in Perris Ca.
We qualified for our state contractors license with the Contractors State License Board in 1994 (CSLB #696399)
Please check our perfect record. To this very day we have never had one complaint filed with the board.
